I could eat this by the spoonful. And I did.
But it's supposed to be for bread or toast. And it's wonderful on that, too.
The recipe says kids love it, but hey, I love it too!
Chocolate PB Spread
1/2 c. chocolate chips
2 T. hard butter
1 c. peanut butter
Melt the chocolate chips and butter. Stir in peanut butter until smooth. Store in an airtight container in the cupboard. Makes 1 1/2 cups.
Note: I used only half the peanut butter as I love chocolate! This is also delish as a dip with graham crackers or animal crackers.
